Onondaga County, NY

What we found: A stone outbuilding past repair, sitting close enough to the neighbouring structure that it could not simply be pushed over.
Result: A clear, graded pad ready for whatever goes there next, with the neighbouring structure untouched.
Scope of work: 01Utilities confirmed disconnected and the dig marked before work started

Liverpool, NY

What we found: Water standing against the foundation in a narrow side yard between two houses — no room for surface grade to solve it on its own.
Result: Water intercepted before it reaches the wall and carried out of the side yard instead of sitting in it.

02Trench bedded in washed stone with perforated pipe
03Filter fabric wrapped to keep the stone from silting in
04Discharge run out to daylight rather than into a dry well
05Surface restored and graded away from the wall

Syracuse, NY

What we found: A service line run required across an established yard with existing utilities in the corridor.
Result: Service in at proper cover with a trench line that will not sink into a trench-shaped depression a year later.

03Line bedded in sand and inspected before backfill
04Backfilled and compacted in lifts to prevent later settlement

What we found: A wooded lot with no access route, needing to be build-ready ahead of foundation work.
Result: A lot the builder could start on immediately, with the excavation and clearing handled under one schedule.
Scope of work: 01Cleared and grubbed, stumps removed rather than buried
02Cut to rough grade with spoil balanced on site to limit truck traffic
03Building envelope set to plan elevation
04Access route stoned so concrete and lumber trucks could reach the pad
